By submitting a registration for High School Combine (“the Event”), you (“Parent/Guardian” or “Registrant”) agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

1. Eligibility

  • The Event is open to all amateur athletes who will be at least a Freshman and/or 15 years of age at anytime during the school year 2025-2026 and have not reached the Maximum age limit to which a free public education must be offered. The school district and/or State in which the Event takes place defines the school year and the maximum age limit regardless of the participant’s own school district regulations.
  • Participants must be registered by a parent or legal guardian. Submitting this online registration form, does not constitute a binding and legal Agreement for minors. For minors, a parent or legal guardian form will be required for submission prior to the Event to validate this registration form. We will follow up by sending the form along with the insurance and waiver forms to be completed by the parent.
  • All information submitted must be accurate and complete.
  • Participants may not be eligible to compete or test in all events if they do not meet the minimum criteria or have the physical capability of completing a test and measurement (e.g., bench press).

2. No Cost to Attend

  • The Event is free of charge to all approved participants. Priority is given to those participants who have paid for testing services. Priority participants are those who have purchased athletic testing at a fee of $40.00 and have selected a time period in which to test out.
  • Registration does not guarantee acceptance; space is limited and admission may be subject to eligibility, availability, or in some cases, a lottery selection.
  • There is a fee to be a spectator at the event. This fee is in addition to any registration fees paid by participants.

3. Parental Consent and Responsibility

By registering your child, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You give permission for your child to participate in all Event activities.
  • Participation in all Event activities and test is required.
  • You are responsible for ensuring your child’s transportation to and from the Event, unless otherwise stated.
  • You accept responsibility for your child’s conduct during Event sessions.

4. Medical Authorization

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate medical information during registration.
  • Authorize the Event to administer basic first aid and, if necessary, seek emergency medical care.
  • Release the Event and its staff from liability for reasonable emergency medical decisions.

5. Media Release

Unless otherwise indicated in writing:

  • You grant permission for the Event to use your child’s image or likeness in photos or video recordings for non-commercial promotional purposes, including on the Event’s website or social media.

6. Code of Conduct

Participants must:

8. Cancellation and Modification

The Camp reserves the right to:

  • Modify the schedule, activities, or location due to weather, safety, or other unforeseen circumstances.
  • Cancel the Event with reasonable notice. In the case of cancellation, you will be notified using the contact information provided during registration.
