Check-in begins when you arrive, approximately 15-30 minutes before your scheduled testing time. You will first check in at the gate and then proceed to athlete check-in made evident by the sign below. At athlete check-in, your metrics will be taken and a briefing will be provided to the whole group for the assigned timeslot.

After the briefing, you will be given half of the field to complete your typical warm-up, similar to what you would do with your home football team. If this is your first year of football, staff will instruct and assist you with your warm-up, but it is up to you to determine when you are sufficiently prepared to perform in each test.
Each station will be open for trial runs without metrics. After stretching and warming up for your events, you are free to visit any station to become familiar with each one.
Below are the instructions for each event.
If you are in a section of a session and there are overflows from participants requesting a skills assessment, some of this—primarily drill work—may be conducted during that time. However, most time slots, except for the final slot of each session, will not include skills assessments.
At that point, testing will begin in a specific order:

Position Skills Assessment (Only available to those who signed up- TE’s with WR group)
- DB’s Begin the Assessment with Drill Work (Line and Field Drills)
- QB’s and Receivers will warm-up by playing catch during DB’s Drill Work
- QB’s will set up at gauntlet drill with both DB’s and WR’s
- QB’s, WR’s, and RB’s will then set-up for pass patterns in 3-5-7 step drop work
- DB’s and LB’s will perform ball drills during pass pattern work
- 1/2 QB’s will then go with RB’s to do handoff, pitch, and option assessments w/ LB’s
- 1/2 QB’s will then go with WR’s/DB’s and do a mirror 1v1 drill (no contact-no pass breakups-footwork only) LB’s will be added for a zone drop drill assessment
- QB’s and LB’s will switch at half drill
- ALL QB’s will work on decision and pressure drills with all other positions
- DB’s, QB’s, and WR’s will be excused
- RB’s and LB’s will do some drill work to assess footwork and decisions.
- That will conclude all the skills assessments
